Fredrik Berselius, the chef of Aska, Food & Wine’s 10th Best Restaurant of 2013 is a Swedish native who cooks out of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. His Aska Restaurant received high praise and a much coveted Michelin star in 2013. The restaurants closed its doors inside Kinfolk Studios in 2014, with the mission of finding a new location. This fall, the restaurant will be back in a larger space in central Williamsburg. Chef Berselius cooking is an eclectic mix between nostalgic Swedish flavors, contemporary visuals and techniques and local New York ingredients.
